The  Kenya Association of Food Safety and Protection (KAFSAP) was officially launched on 21st May 2019 during the International Food Safety Conference at Kenyatta University. The Association draws membership from Kenya and across the globe with representation from food scientists, researchers, food industries, government bodies and other developmental partners.
